Hi Marco!

I have a few questions to make sure you have everything set up fine.

I am not sure which optimizer you are using, but GULP (
http://gulp.curtin.edu.au/gulp/) is one that we frequently use to do basic
tests (with the TiO example), because it is fast. Can you let me know what
optimizer you are using?

You will need to make sure that you have your optimizer installed on your
computer, and the path to it needs to be defined on the optimization
settings tab (click "configure..." next to the optimizer). Or, you can just
have the executable name if it is in your $PATH.

Also on the optimization settings tab, next to the "Queue", you should
click "configure..." and make sure you have a valid working directory set
(where you want the data from the run to be saved). After you set these
things, you can click "Save Opt Scheme..." to save your settings and you
can "Load Opt Scheme..." next time so that you don't have to set these all
over again.

Let me know if you have done all of those, and confirm with me that the
executable for your optimizer is on your computer and can be ran
successfully.
