[XtalOpt-devel] problem initiating Xtalopt on Ubuntu

Dear Users,

I was able to install Xtalopt on 32-bit Ubuntu 12.04 and see the Xtalopt
GUI. When I was going through the TiO2 tutorial and pressed "Begin", it
seems that the structures couldn't be initiated and Xtalopt simply was
hanging up at "Waitg for structures to initialize (0 of 5)". I am copying
the screen message as the following:
