[XtalOpt-devel] Recent changes in avogadro may break xtalopt builds

Hi all,

Avogadro recently restructured it's API, and then quickly reverted it
to the original version. Unfortunately, the github dlonie/avogadro
contained a version with the broken API.

I have fixed both dlonie/avogadro and dlonie/XtalOpt to ensure that
they work together. If XtalOpt compiles for you, then you're ok --
just be aware that if you update either xtalopt or avogadro, xtalopt
will break unless both are updated.

Pio, Eva, I'm going to stop pushing changes to the old xtalopt repo
dlonie/avogadro-XtalOpt, and only keep dlonie/XtalOpt current. To keep
receiving updates through git, please:
0) Update the avogadro repository and rebuild avo
1) Delete any existing xtalopt clones
2) replace them with 'git clone git at github.com:dlonie/XtalOpt.git xtalopt"
3) Rebuild
